The "Starters, Soups and Salads" course dinner selections from the Princess Menu change nightly and cover a large variety.
Aside from these selections that change every night, Princess offers one or two "Favorites" that are always available.
While the quality of the selections vary from day to day and ship to ship, evening dining can, almost always, be counted on to be a special meal.
